That’s it, really.. Nothing that crazy, but hey, anyone who can shotgun a beer can’t be all bad, right? Plus, he is taking Jessica Biel to town, so there’s that..

Advertiser Staff Writer
Daniel Dae Kim, who stars as Jin-Soo Kwon on ABC’s hit TV series “Lost,” was arrested early this morning on suspicion of drunken driving.
Details of his DUI arrest haven’t been released yet, but police said he was arrested around 3 a.m. He was booked at the Honolulu Police station downtown, posted bail and was released at 5:05 a.m.

Kim didn’t say anything as he left the station. He was escorted by two police officers to a silver SUV that was waiting for him just outside the police station’s receiving area.
Wearing a polo shirt, khaki shorts and his hair grown out, Kim kept his head down as he brushed past media, stepping into the front passenger’s side of the SUV, which quickly whisked him away.
Other “Lost” members have had legal problems here.
Former cast members Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were arrested on suspicion of drunken driving on Dec. 1, 2005 when police spotted their vehicles weaving along Pali Highway.
Both pleaded guilty, and both were gone from the show by season’s end.
On Sept. 2, 2006, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (“Mr. Eko”) was arrested and accused of disobeying a police officer and driving without a license.
The charges were later dropped when Akinnuoye-Agbaje provided proof that he possessed a license. His character was killed off by a smoke monster in the first half of that season.

While promoting his latest CD, Kid Rock vowed he was putting his days of made-for-the-tabloid antics behind him. The man from Michigan says he wants to be known for his music, not as a gossip-column item.
This weekend in Atlanta, Kid Rock managed to do both.
Saturday night, he rocked a sold-out Tabernacle at a show supporting “Rock N Roll Jesus,” currently the No. 1 album in the country and the first chart-topper of his 17-year career.
A few hours later, Kid Rock, who calls his genre-bending blend of country, rap and southern rock “hick-Hop,” was arrested after police said he and his entourage beat up a customer — at a local Waffle House.
Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, was charged with simple battery, as were five other men who were with him.
The 36-year-old rocker was released from DeKalb County Jail on Sunday afternoon after posting a $1,000 bond on the misdemeanor charge.
DeKalb police said Ritchie was finishing up a post-show meal at a Waffle House on Buford Highway about 5:15 a.m. Sunday when a customer recognized a woman in his entourage and began exchanging words with her.
Ritchie joined in the altercation, which soon escalated into a physical fight between the rocker and the man, Harlen DeJon Akins, 39.
Soon, five other men in his entourage — including the guitarist and the bass player in his band, Twisted Brown Trucker — jumped into the fray, and the fight spilled from inside the restaurant into the parking lot, said police spokeswoman Mekka Parish.
When the brawl ended, Ritchie and his group got into their tour bus and left the scene. An officer pulled the bus over at Buford Highway and Lenox Road, and all five men were booked into jail on the misdemeanor battery charge.
Along with Ritchie, police charged guitarist Jason E. Krause, 38, bassist Aaron Julison, 27, George P. Vourvoulias, 36; James W. Murphy, 34; and Brian O. Lang, 37.

Baylor suspends assistant indefinitely after public urination
WACO, Texas — A Baylor assistant football coach cited by police for urinating on the bar at a tavern was suspended indefinitely Tuesday.
Eric Schnupp, Baylor’s offensive line/tight ends coach, was not arrested but was issued a citation at 2:20 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct-reckless exposure at Scruffy Murphy’s, Waco police spokesman Steve Anderson said.
The citation is a Class C misdemeanor carrying a $258 fine, according to Waco Municipal Court.
Coach Guy Morriss said Tuesday during his weekly news conference that he suspended Schnupp indefinitely, but did not comment further.
Schnupp, 30, had traveled Saturday with the team to Lawrence, Kan., where the Bears lost to Kansas 58-10. The team was back in Waco by 9 p.m.
Bartender Danny Severe said in Tuesday’s editions of the Waco Tribune-Herald that the incident happened around closing time and that Schnupp apparently thought no one was watching him as employees were moving patrons out of the building.
Severe said an employee witnessed Schnupp urinating on the bar, and a manager told police officers who were there for an unrelated matter.
Severe said Schnupp had taken several shots of hard liquor, most bought for him by other people.
Schnupp, in his first year as a coach at the world’s largest Baptist university, played football for the University of Miami from 1995-2000 and previously coached at West Texas A&M.

[Via AP] LOS ANGELES – Kiefer Sutherland was arrested early Tuesday on misdemeanor drunken driving charges after failing a field sobriety test, police officials said.
The actor was pulled over at about 1:10 a.m. in West Los Angeles after officers spotted him making an illegal U-turn, said Officer Kevin Maiberger.
Sutherland, 40, tested over the state’s legal blood alcohol limit of .08 percent, and was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, Officer Karen Smith said.
He was released around 4 a.m. after posting $25,000 bail, according to Sheriff’s Department records.
Maiberger said Sutherland was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 16.
Sutherland won a best actor Emmy Award last year for his role as agent Jack Bauer on the Fox TV series “24.” The series is set to return to the air in January.

Hollywood star Bill Murray was taken to a police station in Stockholm on Sunday night after being stopped by police while driving a golf cart from an upmarket nightclub to his city centre hotel, Expressen reports.
The 56-year-old comedian and actor arrived in Sweden just over a week ago to play a few rounds with his pro-golfer friend Jeff Sluman, according to the newspaper.
On Sunday evening, Murray hit the town with some golfers who had participated in the Scandinavian Masters tournament. When the evening’s festivities at Cafe Opera drew to a close, he hopped into a golf cart and made a beeline for his hotel.
Soon however police asked the American actor to pull over when they suspected that he may have been driving the buggy while under the influence of alcohol.
But the star of films such as ‘Ghostbusters’, ‘Lost in Translation’ and golf comedy ‘Caddyshack’ refused to take a breath test and was taken to Norrmalm police station in the north of the city.
“Bill Murray refused to blow into the breathalyzer in town, making reference to American laws. He was then brought in to the police station but he still didn’t want to blow into the breathalyzer.
“He was adamant that he wanted to take a blood test,” police spokesman Christer Holmlund told Dagens Nyheter.
The officer, who described Murray as “very pleasant”, added that he had never before come across a golf cart in the city centre during his thirty years in the force.
Murray was not formally arrested however and was permitted to leave the station after leaving a blood sample.
The results of the test will be ready in two weeks. Murray is understood by Dagens Nyheter to have given a police officer clearance to represent him during any future court proceedings.
An eyewitness spoke to Expressen about Murray’s erratic behaviour.
“He was driving very, very slowly on the footpath along Birger Jarlsgatan. He took a break for a while at a Seven Eleven before driving on home to the Hotell Anglais.”
